Early Access Privacy Notice
Last updated October 11, 2026. This notice explains how Workkin handles information submitted through this website and its private early-access experience.
Information you provide
When you request access or contact us, we collect the information you choose to submit, such as your name, email address, organization, role, whether you are exploring Workkin as a business or creator, and the message or use case you describe. If you enter the private preview, we also record your invitation status and acceptance of the applicable Early Access Terms.
Basic technical information
Our hosting and security providers may process basic technical information needed to deliver and protect the website, such as IP address, browser type, device information, request timestamps, and security logs. Workkin does not currently use the public site for targeted advertising.
How we use information
We use this information to review and respond to requests, select and support early-access participants, operate and secure the website and private preview, understand interest in Workkin, and improve the experience.
How information may be shared
We may share information with service providers that help us host, secure, maintain, or communicate about Workkin, subject to appropriate restrictions. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a business reorganization. We do not sell personal information submitted through these forms or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Please do not submit sensitive information
Do not submit confidential business records, real invoices, payment information, account credentials, health information, government identifiers, or other sensitive or regulated data through the public forms or private preview. Use sample or non-sensitive information only.
Retention
We retain early-access and contact records for as long as reasonably necessary to review requests, communicate with you, operate the preview, and meet legal or security obligations. Information that is no longer needed may be deleted or de-identified.
Your choices and requests
You may ask to access, correct, or delete information you submitted, or withdraw from future contact, by emailing info@workkin.ai or using the Workkin contact form. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
Cookies and tracking
The public site does not currently use advertising cookies or permit third parties to collect personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. The private preview uses essential cookies to remember authorized access and protect restricted pages. Because these cookies are necessary for the requested experience, Do Not Track and similar browser signals do not change these essential functions. If our practices change, we will update this notice and provide any choices required by law.
Children
Workkin is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 18. Please do not submit information if you are under 18.
Changes to this notice
We may update this notice as the early-access experience changes. We will post the revised version here and update the date above.
